Finnish Association of Physiotherapists
Finnish Association of Physiotherapists was founded in 1943 and has ca. 9 000 members today (students included). The Association is a trade union and professional organization looking after the interests of all physiotherapists. The Association promotes physiotherapy in Finnish society and ensures that physiotherapists have the readiness to provide high-quality physiotherapy services.
Case:
Finnish Association of Physiotherapists wanted to refresh its brand identity and design web pages to serve the target groups even better.
Solution:
We designed a new modern logo, combining elements such as human closeness, physical activity and medical gymnastics. Our goal was communicate better the values and history of the union. We also created a new online service and a tactical communication plan for Finnish Association of Physiotherapists.
We designed the different sections of the new online service together with the Finnish Association of Physiotherapists for their target group’s needs. The service user perspective was considered all the way from the very beginning of the project. We set up a start-up workshop with our customer, where we mapped their operations, competitive position and customer promise and clarified their message together. We implemented the reforms on the basis of the information that was discovered, consulted and collected.
